How and When You Receive Payments
Zemers uses Stripe Connect to handle payouts. When a customer pays for your product, the money flows through Stripe to your connected bank account.
Payout schedule
Stripe's default schedule sends funds to your bank account on a rolling basis - typically 7 days after each charge for new accounts, and 2 to 3 business days once your account is established. You can adjust your payout schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly) from within your Stripe dashboard.
Checking your balance
In Zemers: go to Payments to see your Stripe connection status and account details.
In Stripe: log in to your Stripe dashboard for a full breakdown of charges, fees, and scheduled payouts.
Payout delays
Stripe may hold funds if your account verification is incomplete, unusual activity triggers a review, or a dispute is open on a recent transaction. Check your Stripe dashboard for any pending action items.
