How Platform Fees Work

Zemers charges a platform fee on each transaction processed through your store.

Fee structure

The platform fee is a percentage of each transaction's gross amount. The exact percentage depends on your current Zemers plan. Higher-tier plans have lower platform fees. The fee is deducted automatically. You receive a separate invoice once a month with all collected fees.

Stripe's own fees

In addition to the Zemers platform fee, Stripe charges its own processing fees. These are separate from the Zemers fee and are deducted by Stripe directly.

Finding fee details for your plan

Log in to your dashboard and go to My profile then Subscription to see the current fee rate for your plan.
