How to Add an Announcement Bar

Announcement bars appear as a banner at the top of your store pages, blog, and course pages. Use them to announce promotions, launches, or important information.

Step 1: Go to Promotions

From your dashboard, click Promotions and then open the Announcements tab.

Step 2: Create a new announcement

Click New Announcement and fill in:

• Text: the message displayed in the bar (up to 180 characters).

• Button text and link: optional CTA to direct visitors somewhere.

• Start and end date: the window during which the bar is shown.

• Timezone: choose your timezone or Auto.

Step 3: Configure optional settings

• Countdown timer: add a countdown that creates urgency. Choose a fixed end date or an evergreen countdown that resets for each visitor.

• Alignment: set text and button alignment separately for mobile and desktop.

Step 4: Target specific pages

By default the announcement shows on your entire storefront. You can restrict it to specific products, apps, blog articles, or course lessons.

Step 5: Save and activate

Toggle the announcement to Active and save. It will appear on your store within the configured window.
