How to Interpret Your Analytics
The Analytics section of your Zemers dashboard gives you an overview of how your store is performing.
Accessing Analytics
Go to Analytics in your left sidebar. Use the date range picker to switch between 7, 30, and 90-day views, with daily or weekly breakdowns.
Key metrics
Total Revenue: total income in the selected period, compared to the previous period.
Visitors: unique visitors to your store pages.
Clicks: clicks on products from your store.
Completed Orders: total conversions.
Store CVR: conversion rate (visitors to orders).
AOV: average order value across paid orders.
Checkouts Initiated: checkout sessions started.
Free Leads: newsletter or free product signups.
Store Leads: waitlist and form signups.
Active Subscriptions: currently active recurring plans.
Refunds: total number and value of refunds issued.
Conversion funnel
The funnel view shows the drop-off at each stage: Visitors → Clicks → Checkouts → Orders and Leads.
Per-product breakdown
Scroll down for a breakdown by individual product: revenue, orders, visitors, clicks, CVR, CTR, checkout abandonment, AOV, and refund rate.
