How to Manage Customer Subscriptions
You can view and manage all active and past subscriptions from the Clients section.
Viewing subscriptions
Go to Clients and click on a customer's name. In their profile, you will see their subscriptions — status, billing amount, start date, expiry date, and links to the corresponding record in Stripe.
Cancelling a subscription
Open the client's profile.
Go to products tab.
Find the product with subscription.
Click manage access.
Scroll down to Actions section.
Click Cancel Renewal.
The subscription is cancelled and the customer's access status is updated. Stripe handles any pro-rated billing logic.
You can also Cancel any subscription from your Stripe account.
Customers managing their own subscriptions
Customers can also cancel their own subscriptions from their client dashboard at any time. They will retain access until the end of the paid billing period.
