How to Manage Your Account
Your account page is where you manage your personal profile and account settings.
From here you can update your profile, change your email, reach your library and billing, switch between roles, and manage your account.
Before you start
You need to be signed in to your Zemers account.
Step 1: Open your account
Open: My Account from the menu, or go to /client/account.
Step 2: Update your profile information
In Profile information, you can:
Upload or remove your profile photo (JPG or PNG, up to 15MB)
Edit your first name and last name
Add an optional phone number
Click Save changes to update your profile.
Step 3: Change your email address
Next to your email, click Change and enter your new address. We send a confirmation to the new email, and your current email stays active until you confirm.
Enter the code from that email to complete the change.
Step 4: Reach your library and billing
Use the side panel to open:
My Library — all the products and courses you have access to
Billing History — your past payments and invoices
Step 5: Switch between your roles
If your account has more than one role, you can switch perspective from here:
Creator — manage your store, products, and sales
Affiliate — promote products and track referral commissions
Partner — refer new creators and track recurring commissions
Team workspaces — switch into a creator workspace you are a member of
You can also start a new role from here — for example Become a creator, Become an affiliate, or Become a partner — when those options are available to you.
Step 6: Manage or close your account
The Danger Zone at the bottom lets you deactivate or delete your account. While an account is deactivated, profile editing is locked until you reactivate it.
Best practices
Keep your name and photo up to date so creators recognize you.
Use a confirmation code from your new inbox before your email change takes effect.
What if something is not working as expected
If your photo will not upload
Use a JPG or PNG file under 15MB.
If your email change does not complete
Open the confirmation email sent to the new address and enter the code. Request a new one if it expired.
If you cannot edit your profile
Your account may be deactivated. Reactivate it to edit your profile again.
