How to Manage Your Team

The Team page lets you invite collaborators to your workspace and give each one a level of access.

You can invite people, change their role, remove them, and manage pending invitations.

As the owner, you always keep full control, including payouts and your store handle.

Before you start

You need:

  • Access to your creator dashboard

  • The email address of each person you want to invite

Step 1: Open the Team page

From your Zemers dashboard, go to: Settings → Team.

You will see two tabs: Members and Invitations.

Step 2: Understand the roles

Each team member has a role that controls what they can do:

  • Admin — almost everything the owner can do, except editing payout settings and changing the store handle

  • Manager — edits products, clients, blog, apps and marketing, and uploads media, but cannot access Settings or Storefront design, manage the team, or delete media

  • Editor — edits blog, apps and marketing and uploads media, but cannot edit products or clients

  • Viewer — read-only access to everything an Editor can open

  • No access — removes the collaborator from the creator dashboard entirely

Click What can each role do? on the Team page to see a full breakdown at any time.

Step 3: Invite a team member

Click Invite member, enter the person’s email address, and choose a role.

If they already have a Zemers account, they are added immediately. Otherwise they receive a magic-link invite by email.

Step 4: Manage pending invitations

Open the Invitations tab to see invites that have not been accepted yet. There you can:

  • Resend an invite if the person did not receive it

  • Cancel an invite so the link no longer works

Invitations show when they expire, or whether they were declined.

Step 5: Change a role or remove a member

On the Members tab, use Edit role to change a member’s access level, or Remove to take away their access.

Role changes apply the next time the member navigates — no re-login needed. Removing a member revokes dashboard access immediately.

Best practices

Give each collaborator the lowest role that still lets them do their job.

Use Viewer for people who only need to see the dashboard.

Cancel invites you no longer need so old links stop working.

What if something is not working as expected

If an invite is not received

Open the Invitations tab and click Resend. Ask the person to check their spam folder.

If you cannot edit or remove someone

The owner and your own account cannot be removed from the team here. Viewers also cannot manage the team.
