How to Set Up a Campaign

Campaigns apply a discount automatically to selected products during a specific time window. No code required from the customer.

Step 1: Go to Promotions

From your dashboard, click Promotions and then open the Campaigns tab.

Step 2: Create a new campaign

Click New Campaign and fill in:

• Name: internal label (up to 60 characters).

• Discount type: percentage or fixed amount.

• Discount value: the amount or percentage.

• Start and end date/time: the active window for the campaign.

• Timezone: choose your timezone or set to Auto.

Step 3: Select products

Choose which products the campaign applies to. Leave the selection empty to apply it to all products.

Step 4: Activate

Save the campaign with Active toggled on. The discount will be applied automatically during the active window - no action needed from customers.
