How to Set Up Link Redirects
Link redirects keep your old links working after you rename a page.
If you rename a product, checkout, or thank-you page, the old link breaks. A redirect sends anyone who opens the old link to the new page automatically.
Before you start
You need:
Access to your creator dashboard
The old link path and the new link path
The new page must already exist
Step 1: Open Redirects
From your Zemers dashboard, go to: Settings → Advanced → Redirects.
Step 2: Understand the path format
Enter only the part of the link after your store handle — not the full URL.
Use:
p/slug for products
checkout/slug for checkout pages
ty/slug for thank-you pages
For example, if your old product link ended in /p/old-name, type p/old-name.
Step 3: Add a redirect
Enter the From path (the old link) and the To path (the new link), then click Add redirect.
The target page must already exist, and you can only redirect within your own store.
Step 4: Review and remove redirects
Your redirects are listed below the form, each shown as old path → new path. Click Remove next to a redirect to delete it.
Best practices
Add a redirect right after you rename a page, so shared links keep working.
Point old links to the closest matching new page.
Remove redirects you no longer need to keep the list tidy.
What if something is not working as expected
If the redirect is rejected
Check that the target page exists, that the path is within your own store, and that you used the correct prefix (p/, checkout/, or ty/).
If the old link still does not work
Confirm you entered only the path after your store handle, not the full URL.
