How to Set Your Notification Preferences

Notification preferences let you choose how you receive notifications from Zemers.

You can receive them by email, inside the platform notification center, or both.

Before you start

You need access to your creator dashboard. Your preference is saved automatically as soon as you choose it.

Step 1: Open Notification preferences

From your Zemers dashboard, go to: Settings → Notification preferences.

Step 2: Choose how you want to be notified

Select one of the options:

  • Email & In-app — receive notifications both by email and in the platform notification center

  • Email only — receive notifications by email only; no in-app notifications are created

  • In-app only — receive notifications inside the platform only; emails are not sent

Your choice is saved as soon as you select it. There is no separate Save button.

Good to know

Transactional emails — such as sign-in codes and account deletion confirmations — are always sent, regardless of this preference.

What if something is not working as expected

If your preference does not save

Check your connection and select the option again. A short message confirms when the preference is saved.

If you stopped receiving notification emails

Make sure you did not choose In-app only, which turns off notification emails.
