How to Set Your Store Currency
Your store currency controls the currency used for your products and checkout.
You can change it freely until you have your first customer purchase or subscription. After that it locks.
Before you start
You need:
Access to your creator dashboard
No customer purchases or subscriptions yet, if you want to change the currency yourself
Step 1: Open Currency settings
From your Zemers dashboard, go to: Settings → Currency.
Step 2: Choose your account currency
Open the currency selector and search by code or name (for example EUR or Euro). Select the currency you want to use.
Step 3: Save your changes
Click Save changes to apply the new currency.
Important: what changing currency does and does not do
Changing currency does not convert amounts. Your existing numeric prices stay exactly the same — only the currency label changes.
For example, a product priced at 100 becomes 100 in the new currency, not a converted value. Review your prices after changing the currency.
When currency is locked
Once you have customer purchases or subscriptions, currency is locked to keep your billing consistent.
If you need to change it after that, contact support to arrange a supported migration.
What if something is not working as expected
If you cannot change the currency
Your account already has purchases or subscriptions, so the currency is locked. Contact support for a migration.
If a currency shows as legacy
That currency is no longer in the standard list. Contact support to migrate to a supported currency.
